On the morning of April 8, at booth N1B50-3 in Hall N1, WONDER unveiled its latest WD200J water-based high-speed digital printer. Hosted by Luo Xufeng, General Manager of Corrface, and attended by WONDER Vice Chairman Mr. Zhao Jiang, the launch highlighted four core innovations of the WD200J:
1) White-Ink Technology Revolution: Employing a five-color (CMYK + 2 white) water-based ink system, overcoming the limitations of traditional four-color inkjet.
2) Near-Spot-Color Accuracy: Combining high-concentration inks with a “white + color” print strategy to achieve up to 80% of conventional spot-color fidelity, greatly expanding design freedom.
3) Upgraded Industrial-Grade Printheads: Featuring grayscale printheads with larger nozzle diameters and optimized ejection printerures, boosting ink density, reducing clogging risk, and ensuring stable, production-level reliability.
4) Dual-Drop-Size Options for Versatility:
- 25 pL Mode: Larger droplets for speeds up to 1.8 m/s, ideal for high-volume secondary packaging runs.
- 15 pL Mode: Smaller droplets for precise printing on high-end cartons, empowering tertiary suppliers to fulfill customized orders. 
Mr. Zhao also introduced WONDER’s new OMS (Operation Management System), an intelligent factory-management platform tailored for corrugated-board manufacturers. Building on full ERP integration, OMS offers:
