On January 18, 2025, WONDER held a grand 2024 Commendation Conference and 2025 Spring Festival Gala in the company cafeteria. Over 200 employees from Shenzhen WONDER Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Dongguan WONDER Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. gathered to celebrate. Under the theme “Looking Back with Glory, Striving Forward,” the event reviewed the company’s splendid achievements over the past year, honored outstanding individuals and teams, and—through a series of artistic performances and an exhilarating “Smash the Golden Egg” game—created a festive atmosphere full of best wishes and aspirations for the year ahead.
Conference Opening: Looking Ahead and Embarking on a New Journey
The official proceedings began with speeches by Vice Chairman Zhao Jiang, Co-Vice Chairman Luo Sanliang, and General Manager Xia Canglan.
Vice Chairman Zhao Jiang summarized the company’s accomplishments across all business lines and outlined WONDER’s development direction and targets for 2025.
Co-Vice Chairman Luo Sanliang emphasized the importance of teamwork and encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of perseverance in meeting future challenges.
General Manager Xia Canglan first thanked all employees for their hard work over the past year, offered a concise analysis of each department’s 2024 key tasks, and identified areas for further improvement. Looking ahead to 2025, Xia pledged to strengthen team building and drive the company toward its established goals and growth plans.
Awards Ceremony: Honoring Outstanding Employees
The awards segment was a highlight of the gala, recognizing employees who made exceptional contributions in their roles. Awards included Perfect Attendance, Outstanding Employee, Excellent Cadre, and Invention Patent awards.
Over 30 diligent staff—among them Qiu Zhenlin, Chen Hanyang, and Huang Yumei—were honored for their unwavering dedication and conscientious performance throughout the year. Vice Chairman Zhao Jiang presented the awards and lauded their exemplary work ethic.
The atmosphere soared as top performers such as Du Xueyao, Zeng Runhua, and Jiang Xiaoqiang received their Outstanding Employee Awards. Co-Vice Chairman Luo Sanliang remarked, “Outstanding employees not only excel in their own duties but also uplift the overall performance of their colleagues.”
Recognizing leadership excellence, Zhao Lan earned the Excellent Cadre Award for her remarkable improvements in materials management and inventory control after assuming the role of Warehouse Supervisor. General Manager Xia noted, “Since taking charge, Zhao Lan has made significant contributions to warehouse operations—truly deserving of this award.”
To celebrate technological innovation, WONDER presents the Invention Patent Award whenever a new patent is granted. This year, R&D stalwarts Chen Haiquan and Li Manle were honored for their creative thinking and technical solutions that have propelled the company’s technological progress.

Financial Department Chorus “The God of Wealth Arrives” kicked off the show with lively singing and festive flair, delivering auspicious New Year blessings.
Marketing Department Guitar Solo “I Remember” followed, its soothing melody evoking heartfelt memories of the past year.
Dance “Guardian of the Flowers” by three post-2000 hires from WONDER TE radiated youthful energy and teamwork through dynamic choreography.
Quality Department’s Lusheng (Traditional Reed-Pipe Instrument) Performance brought a refreshing touch of Chinese heritage.
Solo Dance “To the Future You” by Yang Yanmei charmed the audience with spirited moves and pulsating music.
Grand Finale Chorus by the Marketing Department merged “Friends Like You” with “Gong Xi Fa Cai,” sending the gala to its zenith as everyone joined in the joyous singing and laughter, embodying WONDER’s unity and enthusiasm.
“Smash the Golden Egg” & Lucky Draw: Endless Surprises
The evening’s climactic activity was the “Smash the Golden Egg” contest, where employees vied for prizes including a first-place award of RMB 2,000, second place RMB 1,000, and third place RMB 600. Lucky winners rushed to the stage to claim their awards, sparking cheers and laughter throughout the venue.
